We operate Monday to Friday. We don't work on public holidays. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after the payment has been received. It normally takes about 7 days in the EUROPEAN UNION and 10-14 days for the rest of the world. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
